You can access and browse our site at any time without providing any personally identifying information.
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Belle. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Belle website.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Belle’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Belle encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Belle so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. Belle is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Belle website.
Use of your Personal Information
Belle collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested. We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Belle and its affiliates. Belle may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Belle may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Belle, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. Belle may disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Belle or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Belle; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Belle, or the public. We may also disclose personal information if it is determined that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our agreements and conditions, or to protect our operations or other users.
The Belle website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Belle pages, or register with Belle site or services, a cookie helps Belle to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the Belle website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved so you can easily use the Belle features that you customized.
You can accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Belle services or websites you visit.
Do Not Track
California and Delaware law require us to indicate whether we honor “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. Currently, there is no uniform industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Thus, like many other websites and online services, we do not currently respond to any Do Not Track browser requests.
Security of your Personal Information
Belle implements industry-accepted administrative, physical, and technology-based security measures to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and alteration of personal information in our systems. Any employee, contractor, corporation, organization, or vendor who has access to personal information in our systems is subject to legal and professional obligations to safeguard that personal information. Belle prohibits unauthorized access or use of personal information and will fully investigate and press charges against any party that has illegally accessed information within our systems.
Retention of Personal Information
Children Under Thirteen
Belle complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and does not knowingly permit registration or submission of personal information by anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe information of a child under 13 has been submitted, please advise us in writing and we will delete it.
Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. You may unsubscribe from Belle’s marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the company’s emails. It may take a reasonable period to process your request, no longer than 30 calendar days for postal mail and telephone promotions and 10 business days for email promotions. This will not apply to the receipt of mandatory service communications that are considered part of certain Belle services, which you may receive periodically unless you cancel your services.

We take appropriate steps to protect your privacy and implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. We use secure transmission methods to collect personal data through our website.
