Who can receive CCM?
If you have 2 or more chronic conditions, you are likely eligible for CCM with Belle. Examples include:

During the Visit
A Belle technician will perform a lower limb and foot assessment, clinically proven to prevent complications related to chronic conditions. If needed, the service includes nail trimming, foot hygiene with exfoliation, and moisturizer to improve the overall health of your feet.
Health AssessmentA Belle clinician will assess your lower extremity results, current conditions, medical history, and medications.
